Kristen has been leading teams since her school sport days, and she's now spent more than 20 years doing it professionally, the last ten of them overseas in senior management. She's worked inside corporates, education, not-for-profits and large global organisations, and lived in five countries along the way. Her speaking rests on one conviction: no organisation runs on the brainpower of one person. So she talks about building constructive workplace cultures led by compassionate, teamwork-minded people, across themes like self-leadership, resilient thinking and nurturing emerging leaders. She also runs Valeo Coaching and hosts the Secret Lady Biz podcast. Formats range from a 45 to 60 minute keynote or MC duties through to half-day workshops and full-day team building.
