Depending on how you use the website, information may include your first and last name, email address, mobile number, event date, performance times, event type, guest numbers, venue details, enquiry notes, support topic, booking communications and payment records.

If you apply to list an act, information may include the act name, location, description, website or social links, photographs, videos, repertoire and your contact details.

2. Public entertainer information

The catalogue includes information supplied directly and information about entertainers that is publicly listed online. This can include names, business locations, act descriptions, photographs, videos, repertoire and public website or social links.

Entertainers and authorised representatives can request access, correction, an update or removal through our contact form. Information may be requested to reasonably verify the request.

3. Technical information

Limited technical information is collected to operate and protect the website. This may include a hashed form of your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral information, session information and website interactions.

4. How information is collected

Information is collected when you complete a form, communicate about an enquiry or booking, apply for a listing or use the website. Information may also come from entertainers, event suppliers, public websites and service providers involved in an enquiry or booking.

5. Why information is used

Personal information is used to respond to enquiries, check price and availability, provide quotes, arrange and manage bookings, process payments, provide support, review listing applications, maintain the catalogue, prevent misuse, improve the website, keep business records and meet legal obligations.

Contact details may be used for messages connected with your enquiry, listing or booking. Marketing messages will only be sent where permitted by law, and you can unsubscribe from marketing.

7. Payments

Payment records may include the amount, payment method, reference and payment status. Credit card details should only be entered through the secure payment method identified in your booking instructions. Do not send card details through a website message or support form.

8. Cookies, analytics and browser storage

The website uses essential cookies for security, sessions and normal website functions. Your shortlist is stored in session storage in your browser and is available during that browsing session.

If you choose “Remember details”, your first name, last name, email address and phone number are stored in your browser for up to 90 days to pre-fill future forms. Event dates, performance times, venue details, event information and messages are not saved this way. You can remove the saved contact details at any time using “Forget details”.

In production, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may be used to understand website traffic and usage. Analytics can use cookies or similar technology and may receive device, browser and interaction information. Microsoft Clarity can record interactions and session activity to help us understand usability problems; our enquiry, contact and application forms are marked for masking. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, although some website functions may not work as expected.

9. Security and retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry, listing, support request or booking.
