Formed in 2013 in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, A Band Called Twang landed on the Brisbane scene quickly and pulled dancers with them. The sound is high energy rockabilly and roots Americana with multiple vocalists, and the songs are their own. They've played Australia's best loved rock and roll festivals and sold shows out, which has put them at the top end of the Australian rockabilly scene.
