About this act
Audrey and Jake met studying music at the Conservatorium and turned it into an acoustic duo working Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. She carries the vocals, thickened with a harmony pedal on the big choruses. He plays guitar over two stomp boxes, one kick and one snare, which gives the songs a real drum pulse without a drummer. The setlist leans on classics from the 60s through to the 90s with modern pop mixed in, Fleetwood Mac and Van Morrison beside Harry Styles and Vance Joy. And they'll learn requests quickly. Sets run 45 to 50 minutes, they bring their own PA, and a playlist covers the breaks so the room never goes quiet.
