Adam Hills is a comedian from New South Wales.
Best known to Australian audiences as host of the ABC music quiz show Spicks and Specks, Adam Hills built his following first on the international comedy circuit before moving to television. He has shared the panel with team captains Alan Brough and Myf Warhurst, and the show's popularity grew enough by 2008 to prompt a nationwide live tour. His stand-up work has taken him through the Edinburgh Fringe, where he was nominated three times for the Perrier Award and won the Best of the Fest and Forth Fringe awards, as well as the Montreal Just for Laughs festival on repeated invitations. A Helpmann Award followed in 2007. His second DVD, Joymonger and Characterful, also aired as a television special on the ABC.
