This Adelaide pair work through the love songs and folk tunes that most people half know already, the kind of melodies that turn a restaurant room quiet for a moment before someone starts humming along. Italian material sits comfortably in the set, alongside standards from across Europe and further afield. They take bookings for private parties, restaurant nights and corporate functions around Adelaide. The accordion gets written off as a novelty far too often. Played properly, with two players trading the melody, it fills a room better than a sound system does, and it needs almost no setup to do it.
