Afterburner

Afterburner was built in 1996 by former US Air Force fighter pilot James D. Murphy, who adapted the discipline of combat aviation into a corporate training program. The team behind it is made up of real fighter pilots and military aviators, delivering keynotes and team-building days under a framework of three stages: Empower, Equip and Embed. A separate FLEX Method walks teams through maintaining focus and situational awareness amid complexity. Content is built around the planning cycle fighter pilots use for a real mission, plan, brief, execute, debrief, and sessions are shaped around a client's own leadership, industry and objectives rather than a fixed script. The company is based in NSW and travels Australia wide.
