Alchemy is a jazz duo from Sydney, New South Wales.
Two guitars and a cello make up Alchemy, a Sydney-based trio moving between jazz, Latin and European string music with both original compositions and classic pieces in the set. Anatoli Torjinski plays cello alongside the guitars of Charlie Meadows and Gavin Libotte. The repertoire runs from bossa nova through gypsy jazz to contemporary Latin jazz and blues, and the trio can also perform as a duo or expand to a quartet.
