Alfredo Malabello grew up in Adelaide unable to sleep without the radio on, and he's been chasing that ever since. Born to Italian immigrant parents and now based in Sydney, he's spent more than 30 years on stages in New York, Nashville, Tokyo, Milan, Munich, Rome, London and across Australia. He sang The Prayer with Tina Arena and the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra, played the opening ceremony for the 2011 Formula One in Melbourne, and has acted in the SBS series Carla Cametti PD and Channel Nine's Underbelly Files. His debut album Ciao Bella reached number 4 on the Australian jazz and blues chart and held the top twenty for twenty-seven weeks. The follow-up, The Two Of Us, was recorded in Byron Bay with producer Paul Wiltshire and a twenty-piece orchestra, eight songs in English and four in Italian.
