ALI BODYCOAT is a musical trio from Perth, Western Australia.
Jazz performances by Ali Bodycoat include trio appearances at the Subiaco Hotel, quintet shows at Ellington’s Jazz Club and engagements at Jazz Fremantle. Her theatre roles include Roxy Hart in Chicago at the Regal Theatre, plus productions of Hair, Rent and Company. Bodycoat supported Marcia Hines at The Vines in 2008 and has also supported David Campbell, Vince Jones and Grace Knight. She created and performed Minor Major Marlene in 2010 and Franklin: The Music of Aretha Franklin in 2011, staging both at the Ellington and downstairs at His Majesty’s Theatre.
