Recreating ELO live is a real technical problem. The records are layered with strings, harmonies and studio detail that most bands quietly skip. All Over The World doesn't skip them. This Sydney six-piece works hard at the vocal harmonies and the sweeping symphonic arrangements that made Jeff Lynne's productions sound the way they do, then plays them with the drive of a rock band rather than an orchestra.
