Alvin Morgan writes and plays country with the dust still on it. Country blues and western traditions underneath, original songs on top, and a weathered voice that makes the storytelling land. The guitar work is proper rather than decorative. Based in St Kilda and suited to smaller venues, corporate events and festivals after something honest rather than polished. Not a party act, and not trying to be.
