Amber Kenny is a guitarist from Thirroul, New South Wales.
Amber Kenny writes and performs from the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Nash Chambers produced her first single, Run Dry, put out in 2023 and picked up by CMT for rotation, and that same year took her to Nashville for a debut US appearance at the Bluebird Cafe as part of AmericanaFest. A solo run of shows called Diaries of a Songwriter reached the Bundanoon Folk Festival and Yass's Irish and Celtic Music Festival in 2024, and three straight years at Tamworth have seen her play both as a soloist and with the trio 3 Birds & The Truth. Syd Green and Ben Fink produced her debut album, Beautiful Scars, which brings in musicians including Lyn Bowtell, Lloyd Swanton and Clare O'Meara.
