Astrek makes electronic music aimed squarely at a dance floor, built to pull people in rather than just keep time. The influences come from the festivals around Melbourne's north-west, and there is more feeling in the productions than the genre usually allows. He is also half of the progressive house duo Wolftrax with Dion Paola.
