An author and speaker based on the Gold Coast, she blends storytelling, humour and lived experience into talks that are reflective without ever turning preachy. Formats flex to the occasion. A keynote runs 45 to 60 minutes, workshops and masterclasses stretch to a couple of hours with journalling and group reflection built in, and a full package can add copies of her book plus follow up mentoring sessions.
