Balloon Man is a circus act from Melbourne, Victoria.
Bruce built this Melbourne comedy show around a single visual gag: climbing, with a volunteer's help and a voice-activated vacuum cleaner, entirely inside a six-foot balloon. The slow disappearance is played for suspense before the burst finish, and the act can resurface from the balloon dressed as any of a long list of characters, from Elvis to Superman, a gangster, a cowboy or Santa.
