BAND Together

BAND Together is a music based team workshop created and led by James Wilson. Participants step into the role of a band, collaborating to create and perform music during the session. The process uses live music and storytelling to explore communication, trust, psychological safety and shared purpose through direct participation. Musical experience isn't the point. The activity is designed around how each person contributes and how the group responds while working towards one performance. For organisations, it offers a hands-on alternative to a conventional presentation, using rhythm and group music making to make team behaviour visible in the room.
