Bart Stenhouse is a cover band.
Electric and flamenco guitar and electric mandolin carry Bart Stenhouse's sound across flamenco, jazz and Indian rhythms, a world fusion mix built from travels through North America, India and Spain. Bart records under his own label, Stenhouse Records, and released the debut album Blue Benares in 2014. In 2017 he toured nationally with gypsy guitar player Lulo Reinhardt. His playing draws on the harmonies and rhythms of different world music traditions rather than sitting inside one genre, and he has worked with musicians from India and beyond to build new soundscapes around those instruments. Bart also performs as part of a cover band and wedding band line-up.
