Bernadette and Steve were high school sweethearts before they were business partners, which explains a lot about how Bassline Studios approaches a wedding. They build the music around the couple's own story rather than dropping a set list on the table. The ABIA Awards have named them finalists in Live Wedding Music and in Master of Ceremonies, so both halves of the job are covered. And they scale up when the room does: the Electrogroup 20th anniversary gala at The Gabba ran with a seven-piece band, celebrity guests and fireworks.
