Beats Workin

More than ten years of four part harmony with jokes in it. Beats Workin' build a program around standard barbershop numbers and sing alongs, and their party trick is writing brand new lyrics for the event in front of them. The songbook covers old favourites and newer material. They've sung at retirement homes and bistros, in the St Patrick's Day Parade, on Mothers Day at the Mean Fiddler and at Scarecrow Day in Milton, and they took second place in the busking section of the Henry Lawson Festival at Grenfell in 2003. Connected with the Sydneysiders Express Barbershop Chorus, they also raise money for the Oncology Research Unit at The Children's Hospital at Westmead.
