Billy Neal And Lez Karski

Two long careers in Australian blues, playing as one act. Billy Neal is a Perth singer and sax player who tours Europe for three months of every year and turns up regularly at the Chicago All Souls festival. He has performed with English violinist Nigel Kennedy, spent four years working with guitarist Jarek Smietana and made three albums with that band, and has played the London Savoy, the Cafe Royal and Hammersmith Palais, including performances for Princess Diana and Princess Anne. Lez Karski founded Bondi Cigars and has played with the Hippos, the Foreday Riders, the Nervous Investors and the Donkeys, and the set draws on all of them. It's guitar driven, it has a hint of country in it, and it's built for dancing.
