Billy the Bushranger

Jonathon performs as Billy the Bushranger, a roving colonial character using improvisation, ready to be led off course by whatever the audience throws into the mix. The kids' show version bails up a stage coach, spends time in the stocks and turns the audience into Billy's gang, taking in stops at an old-time fun fair along the way. Jonathon has also performed in Britain and Europe. The act works unamplified where the venue allows, relying on theatre training rather than a sound system to hold a crowd, and suits roving work through a party as readily as a set show for a mixed audience of kids and adults.
