Billy The Kidding, Bubble Wrangler

Carl, better known as Billy the Kidding, makes bubbles the size that stop conversations. He works outdoor events and parties in a cowboy costume, running bubble and foam play that adults watch and kids chase until they drop. Once the popping starts it gets competitive, so a grassy area is best, ideally about the size of a tennis court. He brings slip matting and a waterproof mat to protect the lawn.
