BLACK SHEEP are two players who sound like more, using looping to layer up a sound built on country, blues and reggae roots. The sets mix well known covers with their own material. They've played Crown Casino and Salt Brewing Company, and their reputation rests on high energy shows that land with quite different crowds. Worth considering when a full band won't fit the space but you still want the volume and movement of one.
