Blues Brothers Revival Band is a tribute band from Hobart, Tasmania.
Running since 1983, this eleven-piece tribute act started out in Queensland before a run of Hobart residencies at Hadley's Hotel from 1985 to 1988 and the 10 O'Clock Club at Wrest Point Casino in 1990. An audience of 11,000 turned out for a performance at Brisbane's Expo '88. Countdown, 60 Minutes, Rock Arena and Hey Hey It's Saturday have all featured the act on television. After a break between 1997 and 2004, original member Jake reunited with a new Elwood in 2005 to keep the show going. Shake Your Tailfeather, Sweet Home Chicago, Minnie the Moocher and Everybody Needs Somebody to Love anchor the set, alongside R&B numbers including Shout and Hold On I'm Coming.
