Rick Lum played bass in the 70s Aussie rock outfit HUSH before he put this four piece together, and the blues he chose to build it around is the old stuff. BB King. Muddy Waters. Junior Wells, Elmore James, T Bone Walker, John Lee Hooker, Little Walter, Willie Dixon. Bo Diddley and Freddie King get a look in, and so do the later torchbearers like Buddy Guy and Stevie Ray Vaughan. It's a straight tribute to the players who wrote the language, done by people who've spent a long time speaking it.
