Booty Jooce is a cover band from Perth, Western Australia.
Formed in 2003, this six-piece Perth collective builds its sets around funk, soul and R&B, fronted by two vocalists working alongside guitar, keys, bass and drums. The repertoire reworks and remixes classic tracks rather than playing them straight, pulling from 1970s funk grooves through classic hip hop and into contemporary R&B, with reggae and roots also worked into the mix. A sample of the set spans Sade's Smooth Operator, Alicia Keys, Jamiroquai's Virtual Insanity and Little L, through to Michael Jackson's Billie Jean and the Rolling Stones' Miss You. Booty Jooce plays corporate events, weddings and private functions across Perth.
