English pop, Australian favourites and a selection of Chinese pop, all built around keyboard and vocals. Botian Ye plays Sydney events from a base in Burwood, and the set bends to the room: soft and background-friendly for dinners and cocktail hours, or more upbeat for bars and pubs. For a fuller sound there's an arranger keyboard setup, a one-person-band feel with rhythm backing under live keys and vocals. Expect songs like Perfect, All of Me, The Horses and You're the Voice. The whole rig fits in about two square metres and sets up in 10 to 25 minutes, and he's worked under council event and busking permit systems around Sydney.
