Brazilian Latin Groove

Samba, salsa, mambo, merengue and bossa nova sit at the centre of this Sydney Latin band's set, alongside pop songs and reggae and funk numbers from the seventies and eighties. Covers stretch across artists including Shakira, Carlos Santana, Michael Bublé, Earth Wind and Fire, and James Brown. Anywhere from a duo through to six musicians is available, sized to suit weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, with new song requests worked into the set on request. Sydney's StarCity Casino hosted regular performances in 1999, and the band went on to play venues including Copacabana Restaurant and Harbourside Brasserie the following year.
