Brendan is a bagpiper.
Solo bagpipes make up Brendan's core offering, called on for weddings, birthdays and funerals in equal measure. A band setting has featured too: Brendan joined a Queensland pipe ensemble for a festival appearance built around Celtic music in northern New South Wales, stepping outside the solo format for that occasion. The playing suits both a single ceremonial moment and a longer outing among other pipers.
