Bush Mac

Collin Bogaars performs as Bush Mac, an eccentric outback tour guide character built from a long list of skills rather than one single trick. The routine includes juggling with koala and kangaroo props and machetes, balances flags and road signs on his nose, and rides a unicycle while playing Waltzing Matilda on a kazoo, alongside a camel handler's rope trick and kangaroo hopping competitions run with kids in the crowd. Two formats are on offer: a roving version built around spontaneous audience interaction, and a feature show performed as a static set on stage or in the round. Props travel with the act to keep the outback theme consistent wherever it's booked, and Collin has performed the character around Australia and overseas .
