Bushtucker Talks & Tastings is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entertainer from South West, Western Australia.
Bushtucker Talks & Tastings explores native foods through Dale Tilbrook's descriptions and stories of Aboriginal agricultural practices and the Six Seasons. Participants sample fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs and leaves, followed by savoury and sweet dishes using bush foods. The experience lasts one and a half to two hours and requires advance booking; dietary requirements can be accommodated. Tilbrook's Wardandi Bibbulmun country includes the Margaret River and Busselton area. She opened Maalinup Gallery in the Swan Valley in 1998.
