Carolina grew up in Cali, Colombia, where salsa runs through everything. Her memories of it start with family parties, falling asleep across two chairs pushed together while the adults danced. She works as a cinematographer, and the same instinct for telling a story shapes a Calimera set: rhythm and energy doing the work that pictures usually do.
