Guests watch the painting take shape over the course of the reception, which makes the artwork part of the entertainment as much as the keepsake. Canvas by Design paints live at weddings and events around Perth and will travel, working in professional acrylics on canvas for up to seven hours on the day, then finishing the piece back in the studio before it's varnished for the long haul. Canvases range up to 66 by 86 centimetres, with recognisable facial features an option on the larger works. Setup and pack-down are included, and the only thing needed from the venue is access to power. At the end of the night, the party is still there on the canvas.
