Captain Adam the Friendly Pirate

A pirate with a guitar sounds like an odd combination until you watch a room of six-year-olds completely locked in. Captain Adam has been pulling that off since 2007, mixing songs, games, prizes, cartoons and balloon sculptures into shows for kids aged two to 12. The jokes are deliberately silly and the energy doesn't let up, which is how the act has clocked up thousands of shows across birthdays, holiday programs, venues and community events. He's based in Preston in Melbourne's north, holds a Working with Children Check, and carries public liability insurance. For a party that needs wrangling, a swashbuckler does the job.
