Catherine Estall Quintet is a jazz band from Sydney, New South Wales.
Voice, tenor and soprano saxophone, drums, piano and double bass make up this Sydney based quintet, playing standards and show tunes from the 1930s through the 1960s made famous by Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong alongside lounge numbers, Latin styles and a touch of blues. Catherine Estall leads on vocals, with Justen Stoodley also serving as musical director on saxophone; Luke Glanville plays drums, and Andrew Noble and Ben Waples cover piano and bass respectively. The band supplies its own PA and can provide microphones for speeches, scaling from a small cocktail set to a full stage show.
