Simon moved to Australia nearly 18 years ago and has spent more than a decade working in change management roles. He also hosts radio, MCs, and runs podcasts, including some shows in Italian. That mix is the point. His talks blend a bit of fun, a bit of reflection and a fair amount of questioning, aimed at the assumptions that quietly hold a team back. Having lived abroad for half his life, he draws on real diversity and inclusion situations he's been in rather than theory, and on what corporate culture actually needs to get the best from people. Works with large crowds or small ones. He brings a laptop; speakers and microphones need to be provided.
