Puppets, magic and a bit of cheek. Jean runs three separate shows out of Ryde, each pitched at a different age group. Puppet Magic suits three and up: half an hour of puppet magic, then half an hour of interactive storytelling. Detective Kids is for sevens and older, who get trained up before solving a mystery of their own. Magic Mayhem starts at five, with 30 minutes of magic and then your pick of balloon twisting, games or quick face painting. Shows are built for groups of up to 25, and the roving magic works better where kids come and go. Birthdays, preschools, vacation care and council events all fit. Public Liability cover and Working With Children certification are in place.
