Circus Factory

A circus skills workshop rather than a performance, run for groups of up to twenty children at a time with two trainers on hand throughout. The format is hands-on: diablo, juggling with clubs and balls, scarves, hula hoops, stilt walking, plate spinning and ribbon work are all on offer across a session. Circus being non-competitive shapes the approach, with the emphasis on teamwork and individual skill-building rather than winning. Based in Sydney, this sits closer to a supervised activity than a show, better suited to a party or event with room for children to actually try the skills themselves.
