Straight-up rock and roll, played live with no backing tapes. Cobra 45s have worked Melbourne's pub and club dance floors since 2012, covering the hits of the 50s, 60s and 70s: Chuck Berry, Bill Haley, Elvis, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Creedence and Roy Orbison among plenty of others. Johnny HoundDog leads the rock and roll vocals and harmonies, and the sax and lead guitar get their own moments to show off. The band brings quality PA and lighting and will happily tailor sets to suit a venue or booker. The playlist is built for one purpose. Getting people out of their chairs and keeping them there.
