Grit from the rock end, groove from the soul and country end, and a solid two hour run through Cold Chisel and Jimmy Barnes. The band chase the actual sound rather than an impression of it, working from the smooth tough tone Ian Moss brought to the guitar through to the rasp that made Barnes famous. Rock is the base, but there's soul and country pulling at the edges of it, which is true to the source material. They play across Western Australia, in taverns as often as function rooms, and the chemistry between the players reads clearly from the front of the stage.
