Cooper Sax

A saxophonist based in Melbourne, who studied a Bachelor of Music Performance at Melbourne's Victorian College of the Arts before a run of touring and recording across Australia, Europe and the UK. Festival stages have included the Isle of Wight and Rainbow Serpent. Sampa the Great, the Teskey Brothers and Kutcha Edwards are among the acts this saxophonist has shared a bill with. Corporate and commercial bookings sit alongside the touring work: putting together line-ups such as brass bands, award ceremony bands and jazz combos, and playing dates for clients including Uber, Telstra and Collingwood FC. Booked either as a soloist or fitted into a larger, directed musical set-up depending on what an event needs.
