If you grew up watching Countdown on a Sunday night, this one's for you. Countdown Reloaded is a five-piece tribute to the TV show that ran from 1974 to 1987 and to the Aussie and international artists Molly Meldrum put in front of the nation: Skyhooks, Sherbet, Suzi Quatro, ABBA, KISS, Bon Jovi, Michael Jackson, John Paul Young and John Farnham among them. The band carries its own sound and lighting production with a sound engineer, so the show arrives self-contained; outdoor stages just need solid cover. And the set is built for singing along, because the whole room already knows every word.
