Fifteen players, and a sound built to move a crowd. Cumbiamuffin are Sydney's biggest cumbia orchestra, put together by Colombian and Australian musicians with a shared aim of bringing the purest traditional cumbia to Australian audiences. The grooves are tropical and hypnotic with a ragga kick underneath them, and the band has taken that sound to some of the country's most prestigious stages and festivals. There is nothing else quite like a fifteen piece cumbia orchestra at an event.
