Dan Saunders - ATM Glitch

In 2011 Dan Saunders found a glitch in a bank's system and withdrew $1.6 million. Then he put on a party for the very bank he was robbing, cleared strangers' debts and paid for somebody's university degree. Then he handed himself in. The bank had no appetite for charges. The police weren't looking for him. A lawyer told him he'd almost certainly walk. He turned himself in anyway, because he wanted his life back.
