Forty years on the microphone at rural events, starting at 16 as arena announcer for the Big Mareeba Rodeo, the largest ABCRA rodeo in the country. Since then the work has covered the Cairns Show, large camp drafts and most rural events in between, plus horse sports, weddings, parties and corporate functions. Rodeo and horse commentary is the specialty, and it needs someone who actually knows the sport. The other half of the service is production: PA supply, sound management, music programming and running the order of the day so the program keeps moving. Based in Mareeba.
