Dave Mundy

A half back flanker and midfielder across the career, Dave Mundy made an AFL debut for Fremantle at the MCG in round six of 2005 and went on to captain the club through the 2016 season. He played 124 consecutive games from debut, reaching 300 games as only the second Fremantle player to do so after Matthew Pavlich. Honours across the career include the 2010 Doig Medal as Fremantle's best player, All-Australian selection in 2015, a WAFL premiership with Subiaco in 2004, and the club's Ross Glendinning Medal in 2013. A further one-year deal signed in 2021 led to a 350th appearance against Sydney, before retirement at the end of the 2022 season.
