Deb Stitt

Deb Stitt is a singer-songwriter whose acoustic sound draws on country, soul and classic pop writing. Eva Cassidy, Patty Griffin, Sia, Stevie Nicks and Cyndi Lauper all sit among her stated influences, which gives some idea of the ground she covers without pinning her to one style. Deb performs at markets, taverns and local wineries, mixing her own material with songs by artists she enjoys. She's also working on a second album. Music is her day-to-day trade as well as her performance work, with Deb running a school in Perth's western suburbs where she and a team teach piano, guitar and vocals. Her sets suit spaces where the songwriting can be heard.
