Demolition Sunday sit between the atmospheric depth of post-rock and the raw grit of 90s and 2000s alt-rock and grunge, and the set list backs it: Tool, Creed, Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Stone Temple Pilots, then Faith No More, Red Hot Chili Peppers and 3 Doors Down, with Green Day, The Living End and Blur for pace. No stripped-back versions and no half measures. Massive drums, tearing guitars, and the layers of the originals actually recreated. Hervey Bay based, and the aim is an arena-scale show in a local venue.
