DJ Delorean

Two turntables, retro lights and a crate of more than 600 original seven inch singles. DJ Delorean runs a genuine vinyl show built on the 70s and 80s: soft rock, pop, disco and a little hair rock, all spun from 45s the way they first sounded. Based in Maitland in the Hunter, the show is easiest to plan by naming the bands you love rather than listing every song, and roughly 50 tracks sees out a three hour party. The only venue requirement is an undercover area to protect the records. For a themed birthday or anyone who grew up taping the top 40 off the radio, it's a time machine with a dance floor.
